Your first charge covers only the days left in the current period. From then on it is one payment a month, and every payment comes with an invoice you can download.

Anyone who can sign in. Owners, admins and everyone else count the same. The clients you manage are records, not seats, so they are free.

By card. Update the card under Billing whenever it changes. Payment status and every invoice live there too.
Each module has its own price per seat, set when it ships. You only pay for a module once you turn it on; CRM does not change price because others exist.
Yes, from Billing. Your access runs to the end of the paid period, and you can reinstate the subscription later from the same place.
